Then the oxidized waste gas goes into the COA tower, where exhaust gas are absorbed through efficient reflux adsorption. At the meantime, the particles and oil mist are also removed. After purification, the eligible gas is discharged by the exhaust fan and the exhaust cylinder. The spray solutions after the adsorption is recycled through water treatment. And slagging is done from time to time.

    1.Technology principle:

     Firstly, exhaust gas reacts with strong oxidizer through efficient oxidation device. The macromolecular organics can be converted to small molecular organic compounds. Then the oxidized waste gas goes into the COA tower, where exhaust gas are absorbed through efficient reflux adsorption. At the meantime, the particles and oil mist are also removed. After purification, the eligible gas is discharged by the exhaust fan and the exhaust cylinder. The spray solutions after the adsorption is recycled through water treatment. And slagging is done from time to time. 


    2、Features and advantages:

    -High efficiency: CFD flow field is employed for simulation. This fully guarantee the equal velocity distributed in the tower. The gas-liquid mixing is uniform. And removal efficiency is up to 90%. The final emission is far lower than the relevant national standards. 

    -Strong adaptability: This method can be used to deal with low concentration, high flow capacity and different kinds of industrial waste gas. Besides, the equipment can stably work .

    -The operation cost is low: The air resistance of this equipment is extremely low, <150Pa, which can save a lot of vent power. The nozzle design reduces the consumption of absorbent. The operating consumption and cost are very low. There is no needs for daily maintenance or special person management.

    3.Process description:

    - The organic molecules in the exhaust gas firstly reacts with ozone in the mixer, converting the large molecules into small molecules:

      CxHy+ O3→xCO2+yH2O

    -The oxidized waste gas goes into the tower, where absorbent contacts with the gas through reverse spraying. After absorption, small organic molecules and exhaust are removed.

     

    -It can also remove small particles and oil mist at the same time.

    -The spraying slurry in the bottom tank is losing efficiency over a period of time. The absorbent concentration reduces and the contaminants concentration increases gradually. The automatic control system will discharge the slurry into treatment device for slagging processing. The treated slurry will be used to prepare new spray solution.

    -The automatic control system will add fresh spray liquid to the bottom tank. And the spray system will continue to remove the odor.

     

    -It can also remove small particles and oil mist at the same time.
